PokeCrest Donation Terms

1. Donations and supporter perks
You can donate to help pay for PokeCrest's servers and development. As a thank you, the trainer account you donate from gets supporter perks for a set time: double prize money from battles (including Pay Day), twice the chance of ultra rare wild Pokémon and twice the chance of shiny wild Pokémon. A $3.99 donation gives 7 days of perks and a $9.99 donation gives 30 days, counted from the moment they are added. Donating again adds the days on top of any time you have left. Donations never repeat automatically and you will never be charged again unless you donate again.
2. Perks start straight away
Supporter perks are digital content supplied straight away. Before donating, you are asked to agree that the perks start immediately and that you lose any right to cancel once they have started. If you do not agree, please do not donate.
3. No refunds, no cash value
Donations are not refunded, including if you stop playing, your account is suspended for breaking the rules, or the game changes or shuts down. Supporter perks and anything earned in game have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
4. Chargebacks
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us first and we will look into it. If a donation is disputed or charged back with your bank, the supporter perks from it are removed, and the account may be suspended while the dispute is open.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. PokeCrest never sees or stores your card details. Amounts are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert the amount into your own currency.
6. The game
PokeCrest is a free fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Features, rates and perks may change over time, and the game may be offline for maintenance.
